Having lived in West Monroe for 10 years; I became addicted to Johnnie's Pizza. Moved back to my home in Southwest Louisiana where there are no Johnnie's and look forward to Johnnie's Pizza anytime I venture into North or Central Louisiana. The Minden Johnnie's really let me down. 1. Too little salt on the pizza. The manager of Johnnnie's Minden needs to go to Johnnie's Winnsboro and learn how to salt a pizza. 2. Under-cooked. No, really its waaaaay undercooked with nearly-raw dough in the center of the pizza. The staff was a joy to be around with all being jovial, yet professional and quick. Although I guess that it really does take less time to cook an under-cooked pizza. Guys, you can do better. Salt & fully cook and you are there. Again, Great Staff.

P.S. Paying $17.00 for this pizza reminds me of the old Country Song; "I shaved my legs for this?".
