What a lousy place to start your day with! The service is at best egregious and performed by surly staff at the Minden McDonalds. . I simply went thru the drive in window to procure a big breakfast (no pancakes), two sausage biscuits, and one e/gg McMuffin. How hard is it to screw up that order and yes the order taker on the drive in captured my order correctly! First blush before leaving the drive in window was the absence of the egg McMuffin which was haughty tossed at me. Second, I pulled up and again checked my bag discovering the buffoons has neglected to put the hash browns that goes with the big breakfast in the bag. I got out of my vehicle and trudged back into the store. After a wait, the surly clerk at the counter asked me what I wanted. I told her the problem, no hash browns in my big breakfast. She yelled at someone in the window area saying dis man did not get his hash browns AND big breakfast, whereupon I corrected her saying only the hash browns were missing not the entire big breakfast as I had said. These boobs just need to listen to the customers to begin with so we do not constantly have to repeat ourselves, a trait that has been prevalent since I have been dining there for several years. She then grabbed a bag, tossed some hash browns in them and slung the bag toward me without so much as a single word. No freaking have a nice day from this lass......



What a dirt bag McDonalds! I know they are not all run this way as I have had many very positive experiences throughout the country dining at McDonalds with friendly courte
