I had to make an account so mt_trucker stops spreading misinformation, granted, a lot has probably changed within 4 years. I lived at this motel for 4.5 months due to certain circumstances, and have even made many return visits because I travel a lot.

Not ONCE have I had a problem with the heat during winter. Even on colder days in fall and late summer, the management was kind enough to let me use a portable heater when they hadn't turned on their heating yet. Even during the coldest days of winter, they handed out hand-warmers and feet-warmers with the portable heaters.

The furniture wasn't top of the line, but it sure as heck wasn't water-damaged or "put together by a 3 year old". They served their purpose without any trouble.

My ONE complaint that I brought up with the owner is that the Wifi was stuttering frequently, but some problems with the wifi is to be expected, just like every other motel.

All in all, my experiences at this motel were wonderful. The owner is a great person that is very compliant and listens to every request. The rooms were comfortable and had 0 problems. I will be making many more return visits.
