Customer svc. poor. One key for desk lock broke. Unable to get copy made at locksmith as it is a foreign key, made in Canada. Went to store to get info to contact manufacturer about new keys -didn't ask Bina to do it for me. Was told "Go away" by (?)Manijeh. "You should be more careful. We don't deal with keys". Didn't ask for her to deal with it, I asked for contact info for manufacturer. When I didn't 'go away' she reluctantly called manufacturer in my presence. Told it would take about 2 wks which I thought reasonable. Didn't hear back and after 4 wks went back to store. I was told she had no memory of me coming in,again told it was not their problem, that lock on the desk was not meant to be a secure lock & if I want to secure my desk I should pay locksmith to put in a better lock. Why do you sell a desk with a lock that is "useless". Why don't you stand by the product you sell? Why don't you assist me in finding a solution to my problem? I will not go there again.

Very professional. Helped space plan our offices. We always get our office chairs from here, top quality and free assembly. Gorgeous store. Worth a visit to see.
