Very Sneaky. Sent in Summons to my home for someone whose name is similar to my niece. The serving person tried to deliver them in June 2016 but couldn't deliver as I told him that it is for a different person person. They sent the summons with no return address last week that I returned to Sender with the note. Apparently they picked up the address from public records. Called Richard Schurin yesterday and he agreed to set the things right with the Supreme Court. He said he will call me back. Today when I called, he quickly transferred my call to Steven Stern who outright told me that if I want to contact them, I have to send them a legal notice. Why should I pay for a lawyer when No one in our family did anything wrong.
