We have been customers since July 2014. We have gone through MCB with Robin Averett at the Mineola branch for three loans. We also have two accounts with them. The customer service is beyond reproach. With our last loan for a house, Robin even took responsibility for a problem with the title company that was my fault. She took care of the situation allowing us to close on time. I would recommend these folks at Mineola Community Bank to anyone who wants the old school personable customer service.
