Wow! We have made multiple trips there to enjoy these wonderful cupcakes. I love the coconut ones and my husband is a fan of the death by chocolate, which was one of the winners on cupcake wars. If you really want a treat that makes your day, try these.

Our experience with The Luscious Crumb in Mineola, TX was far from Luscious. I ordered my sons 2nd birthday cake from them, and through our consult and with pictures I assumed she knew exactly what I wanted. However that was not the case. I revived a cake that was nothing at all what I ordered, my sons name was not even centered on the cake, the 3D sculpted fondant pieces (that I paid extra for) were flat and already cracking, the lid had been push down on part of the border of the cake, the topping was all wrong, and even left off key details I wanted. This 10" round two layer cake ended up costing me $80! When I called to complain after picking up the cake, not wanting to cause a scene in the shop, Dawn the owner was flat out rude to me. Not only rude but insulted me by saying things like "Well this is what you ordered", "You couldn't afford it anyway" and my favorite "I have 500 cupcakes in front of me I don't have time for you!" Never once did she apologize or even try to make it right. I will never be returning to this shop. Bad business, awful customer service and horrible tasting cake. And that's the way businesses crumble.
