Very friendly, Jack explained the problem and the solution for my Hustler zero turn ( Hustler also has excellent customer service). He said it would take 1-2 weeks which was understandable during mowing season. I got a call 2 days later and said it was ready ! It is a little further that another dealer but is worth the extra miles.

I've been dealing with Besley's for almost 20 years now and have always received first class service. I've always taken my chainsaws there for repair and service and have never had a problem with the work or turn around time. I also take my tractor tires there for patching and plugging, and if they're not too busy, and the repair is simple, they will often do the work while you wait. Because of their service, I would not buy a Stihl product anywhere else.

This week I stopped by Besley's, I was in the middle of an expensive job, and I needed them to take a "quick look" at my Stihl saw. The technician held up my saw and said "that's a quick look" and handed the saw back to me. I spoke to Mr. Besley about this and he told me "I don't know who you are, you don't who I am, If you were a bigger customer I would know who you are". I have been a customer of Mr. Besley's for over 10 years. I have bought saws, trimmers and blowers from him. When I was in a bind, I was sent away with utter disdain. I'm glad he doesn't need my business - I sure don't need his technician's sarcasm or his "I don't need your business" attitude.
