Melody has decades of PT assistant experience. I followed her to this company from my previous physical therapy location when I needed PT again. She helped me manage pain before surgery, heal from surgery, and through some complications that arose after surgery. Bridget always schedules what works best for me, communicates with my very difficult insurance company, squeezes me in on short notice when I’m in pain. This facility is spotless. They are kind, caring, helpful and full of personality! I always feel HEARD in every concern I have.
