I use to go to this store every day. Now I refuse to. why would you let your best night employee go. I don't know her name, but she never wore a hat she was tall and had a tattoo on her left arm. She fix all issues I had. she was so nice. I looked forward to her politeness. Word to the wise, get her back. before you loose more costmers. desperately wanting costmer service back.

Mineral wells Wendy's is by absolutely the worst place, in every way, I've ever been to trying to get a hamburger, a coke, and a medium frosty. I don't understand how complex this could be that we had to return the order twice and they still could' get it right Add insult,the girl at the pick up window, Chelsey, pointed at us to two other customers and told them we were complaining and both men turned around to look at us. Unbelievable experience. We finally just got a refund and the manager wasn't even going to give the entire &8.13 back until I insisted. This needs to be addressed to corporate office.
