Provided by YP.comThis has to be by far the worst business I've ever worked with. Don't think that because there are bad reviews here that people just want to complain and it won't happen to you. They are rude, overpriced and should be shut down. I took a pair of shoes in to be dyed in October 2010. I had bought the shoes from DSW and asked the owner at Shoe-a-New to tell me if they couldn't be dyed the color that I wanted and if he didn't think it would be an easy dye to just tell me and I would return the shoes and find another pair. He told me they looked fine. It is now the middle of February. I just picked up my shoes after having to go back to the store 3 different times. I now have over $80 into these shoes and they will have to be thrown away. Needless to say, they could not be dyed and instead of telling me this, they tried and ruined the shoes. They are not even close to the color I wanted, when you touch them dye comes off on your hands and there are spots all over the inside and outside of the shoes. They people there were extremely rude every time I tried to deal with them. I asked them what would happen if they didn't end up to my liking and they said that if after the final try the color didn't match they would dye them black for me, but 'that will be an additional charge.' So after NOT doing the job I asked them to, they were going to charge me to fix it. I also received angry calls from them wondering why I hadn't picked up the shoes when they called me to tell me they were done. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT come here. It's amazing they are still in business. They offered me no refund for their mistake and didn't even apologize. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them zero stars I would.
