Car was broken into! Damage to one window and many items missing. No help, and no surveillance in lot! and we paid for the parking garage-- had to file police report online, theft common to area! AHH!! Aweful! Don't stay here!! If there was someone on guard on actually attended cars instead of taking $$ from a booth, or surveillance, this would have improved my stay, not have ruined my entire trip and!! I'd still have a window and my stuff. Hotel did NOTHING FOR US, because a card is handed to you saying generically 'Not responsible for theft or damage.' Had there at least been a camera on the area, maybe there could be prosecuted, or I could have a chance of holding someone accountable for the vandalism and theft. Hotel offered us nothing, other than directions to the nearest Lowe's because my GPS was stolen and I wanted to purchase a piece of Plexiglas to cover the window. The direction went to a warehouse, so I had to pay for a 411 call from my cell phone, and copy the directions myself... My entire stay was 5 nights. The hotel didn't offer that night to be free, or half off, or free upgrade... NOTHING but wrong directions and a bag for the broken glass.
