I think Liz is absolutely awesome! My cat has gone here for the past 3 years and she totally works with my budget if my cat is ill. Liz is very nice and I have recommended her to others in the CoonRapids/Blaine area that I know.

Dr. Elizabeth stolz is a total joke, she needs to be more respectful And tell the truth and answer questions we ask, trying to make us pay outrageous pay for something so little, told us two different things and our two cats, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. IF THE HUMANE SOCIETY TELLS YOU TOO GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

Well I lost my first cat that I brought there and she was completely wrongly diagnosed.. The vet actually said and she is Liz?? I can't preform this procedure yet it was not necessary and she really had no idea of the true problem.. Basically I had false hope and I still had to pay every dime of uncertainty $360 for nothing?? But x rays? Hack don't go there! And the receptionist are rude and uncaring. On their phones and unprofessional. For the most part

Not pleased with this clinic at all. We brought our chocolate lab there for his first full physical. He was only 3 months. All was fine. Liz was so rude to me, I decided to go to another vet in the future. The new vet after moments with our dog immediately asked if we had him to a vet before. He was shocked that the vet did not notice that his ear was closed and he was deaf in one ear. Frankly, he was appalled that a vet did not find this. When I went to get the records from Liz's office, the girl at the front desk said, "I know, I won't even let my parents bring their dog here." Do not take your pet here. They are rude and missed something obvious and very significant.

I don't usually post reviews but I noticed someone's complaint. I've been bringing my dogs here for years. One of them injured his back about 4 years ago and was dragging one rear paw as he walked. Rather than do a lot of expensive testing and/or surgeries, the vet treated him with steroids for a short time. He's 11 years old now and still gets around like a dog half his age. The charges at Northern Lights have always been fair and reasonable; the care has always been excellent. I had to put a dog down about 6 years ago. Anyone who has had to do that knows how difficult that can be. The staff wasn't artificially melodramatic... they were just kind and thoughtful... because they actually care. I moved a few years ago and now drive across town to bring my dogs to Northern Lights.

I've been bring my 3 dogs as well as my foster dogs here for years. The Drs and staff are wonderful. They work as partners in my animals care. I've recommended them to many new pet owners and friends. All have been very happy with the care and attention both owner and animals receive.

The owner is all about money and will make weird charges to your account to rack up the bill. She has no idea what she is talking about. I'm not even sure how she got her medical license. After bringing my cat there, and going through the horrible ordeal of it, I asked around and heard many horror stories about this place that I can honestly believe. If you love your pet, you'll find another vet.

This is a good place for routine checkups/vaccinations. But they were unable to solve an unknown problem after extensive (and really expensive) testing. Medications, such as heartworm prevention meds, are also pricey here pricey. But, to be fair, every vet I've been to is pricey. On the positive side: the staff is very friendly and understanding here. I still go for routine checkups.

this is probably a good vet to go to for annual vaccinations, but be careful when you bring a sickly pet in. Especially when you are not sure what the problem is. I highly recommend getting a second opinion from another vet.
