Always a great place to shop. Very knowledgeable personnel willing to assist you. Prices are reasonable but it's the service that really makes the difference.

The staff at Capra's helped me select fishing tackle for my husbands birthday present. I think this was the first time I saw a real smile on his face when he opened his gift from me – he loved it!If you know someone that loves to hunt and/or fish who is hard to shop for and you never know what to buy them – Capra's Outdoors can help you pick the perfect gift. This is a great locally owned sporting goods store. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help me.I really enjoy looking around the store as they have an extensive selections of boating accessories, hunting and fishing supplies. I always find what I'm looking for and have never leave empty handed.I highly recommend Capra's Outdoors – they are definitely worth a visit.

almost everytime I have been there they act like I should do them a favor. I tell everyone to never go there and go to Thorne Brothers or Gander. I would guess that they are hurting by the lack of customers and its all ostensibly due to their lack of customer sevice since they do have a good selection of merchandise. Same sales people have been there many years and they need to find different work. Terrible sporting good store in my opinion.

If your looking for the best overall selection of fishing supplies than Capra's is the store for you. Prices are very competitive and the staff offers far more REAL knowledge than your typical big box outdoors store.Thanks Capra's!!

I have purchased numerous firearms, ammo, bows, arrows, fishing electronics, ice augers, rods and reels, not to mention tons of lures from people who are knowledgeable and are as excited about time in the outdoors as I am. I go to Capra's sporting goods for all my outdoor needs. All of the employees there are very knowledgable and extremely helpfull. I bought my Matthews bow from them, they set me up with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

I walked in there last year needing a few things for my boat, and one thing lead to another and I was actually talking to the owner, Dean Capra. It's pretty clear that he and his guys in the shop love fishing and hunting, in fact he was on his way out the door when we spoke.So often we only leave reviews when things go wrong, I figured I'd give some praise.Oh and the new Lowrance GPS / Fishfinder is working out great.

I have been to this store and given maybe 30 seconds of someones time. I was very interested in buying a new GPS for my boat. Guy at the counter said you should buy this one and turned away. I asked two questions and he just said this is the one. He never asked me one question. I went to thorne brothers next and walked out 35 minutes later with a new GPS and $1200 business to them.

They aralways helpful and full of info on all outdoor issues. Their prices seem to be very competative with the "chain" stores. I would rather stop in a place like this where I can ge a qualified answer about a product verses a 16 year old kid who doesn't have a clue and doesn't care at a chain store.
