I don't even want to rate 1 star....they are ru de and unprofessional. and they DID NOT consider it done and want get paid. They came to look at my drive way and promised everything, said they will plow the snow even before we get up for work, but disappointedly it didn't get done until after we came home from work and had to repeatedly call them to ask them to come. I canceled my contract after the 1st month!! They're the most horrible & nas ty people to deal with. Sadly there was no reviews when I signed the contract. I did write a review on here before but somehow don't see it anymore....now that I see more reviews and stating same problems/complaints. I was threatened by them, and if I keep texting/emailing they will call the police for harrase ment. When you have a business DO THE JOB or don't do it at all.They're robbing people instead of doing a business.

Consider it NOT done. I got this service from Thumbtack and I deeply regret it. I was asking for lawn mowing for less than a 0.15 acre lot. They came to view my house and said that they could mow it for $75. I thought the price was a little high however I needed the lot mowed bad enough so I went ahead and asked them to mow. The lawn mower came with an industrial size mower for a multi acre lot. He could not get the mower up my stairs to our lot. The lawn was never mowed. Which would have not been a problem however, he said he drove by my house before hand, qouted me a price and then turned around and could not complete the job. I then sent a very professional email asking to retract the invoice because the serives were not performed. I recieved a very rude email in return that included cursing. I returned one email simply stating "Thank you for the email" and that I would be writing a review. He responded that I was "harrasing" him.
My suggestion. Never use these guys. They do not know what they are doing and they are not professional. Ironically the only other review on this board is from Russell S. He is the person who contacted me with the rude email. Probally either an employee or owner of the business. Be cautious!

No Go When It Comes To Snow :-(

The reviews were good, the communication was terrific, the service a failure.

We signed up for snow removal when 2"+ fell. Because of El Nino, it was a mild year, but you never know, and it's just the gamble both homeowner and provider take when an annual rate is determined. Winter 2015/2016 there were only 2 times Consider It Done! (CID!) was expected to clear us out.

It turns out snow "removal" does not mean "plow". The snow removal method uses is a manual team with shovels.

The 1st snow fall for service, they came about mid-morning. The 2nd, they did our sidewalk, but the driveway crew didn't appear. Around 10AM I called the owner, Russell, who said they would be out, they were just busy because there were so many clients to clear. Finally, around 1PM, I used my Plowz & Mowz app to find a service - we were plowed out within 30 min, for an extra cost of course.

Russell said he'd reimburse us for that extra expense, which he never did.

Terrible experience. They asked us to prepay the entire season. Failed to mow the lawn adequately. Complained about how difficult it was to mow our yard (even though he knew what the yard was like). He stated that he could mow around invisible fence flags without difficulty. Later he stated he would attempt to pull the flags without asking (causing our dogs to get confused and shocked without warning). He now is refusing to give us a refund (he mowed 5 times and only wants to refund us less than 25% of the entire season (which he still hasn't given us after weeks of ignoring emails)- he barely made it past a month. Unprofessional experience. We are having to take him to court. Don't make the mistake of prepaying this guy.

Tgey did a great job. Always got the snow cleared and often scraped my car windows. They even gave us a pet lane in the back yard for our little dogs to go out and pee. They are so nice!!!!
