The staff at cooler in the shade are great. I had gotten my lexus detailed.....it was new again. Then went back and got my windows tinted. Beautiful work!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the groupon to get my windows tinted. I was planning on going with 40% which is a little past what is legal of 50% but when I got there they said they can only go to 50% and would be fined if they went darker. Well that would have been nice to know before I purchased the groupon. 50% is a complete waste of money, when I picked up my car I wasn't even sure if they had put the tint on yet. Also they will not call you when your car is done. They told me to drop my car off at 8 and it will be done sometime between 8 and 5…so when I called and 4:40 to see if it was done yet she said, “oh yeah it's done, come on down and get.” Thanks for letting me know it was done and also not mentioning that you close at 5. So when I showed up at 5:20 I couldn't get my car till the next day. I just had a bad experience with them and not sure if that's how they normally operate but it could have just gone a lot smoother for me. Oh, and they answer their phone about 30% of the time.

The best tinting by far. And great deal, I had all three of my vechiles done.
