Good place to get parts. great inventory but if you have to order, it usually only takes a day or two. Prices do seem high, but if you order on line and add the shipping, it's pretty much the same in the end. Ordering on line means waiting a few days, verses getting the parts now from Dey. I'm glad their around! They also give you some good tips on appliances and repair procedures.

Amazing staff at the Coon Rapids store stocking both appliance parts and HVAC parts when I needed them! Prices are fair and at least you know you are getting a new part unlike buying from E-Bay or other site (no matter what those sites say!). Had a HVAC system they sell installed and love it (and cheaper than anyone else)!

Pros - Dey does have the parts and usually in stock. So there inventory is very good - especially at the Vadnais location. That is there Warehouse. People are Minnesota nice to work with.Cons - There prices are Full Retail Plus. It is the highest price place there is to buy a part. It frustrates me every time I use them. But unfortunately they appear to be the only place in town. They know that and exploit it. I don't mind a fair profit, but they seem to consistently charge the highest possible price. I am sure they will take exception to these statements, but 5 min. online will prove me correct.Todays example:GE Motor (all 3 prices are for a genuine GE Motor) PN - WR60X187$90.OO - eBay$134.50 - GE Parts Online$168.45 - DeyThat is over $33.00 more that directly from GE! Give us a break on the prices and become competitive with the On-Line suppliers and you will be the best in class. You don't have to beat them, but get close!

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff on parts and repairs. Usually have parts on hand. Staff takes time to explain repair procedures.
