Hello all. My name is Issac and I've also hired E Virtual Services to complete a project. We agreed upon a price and a completion date. They originally quoted $1240 for the project. I paid them and the product was not what I asked for. We debated over it and they tried to deny what we agreed upon. I reminded them I have all the emails as well as all our conversations are recorded, saved, and backed up. They suddenly changed their pitch and called it a mistake on their part. In the interest of moving forward I agreed to go forward and pay the increase in price. They gave me a completion date on the middle of August. It's now the end of September and I still haven't got a completed project. About a week ago they sent something say that it's completed (after the 10 or 11 "completed update") I told them I refuse to check it until we discuss a discount for not completing my project. They said $250. I told them it was a slap in my face to say $250 after being late for over a month. So then I requested my money back since it's written in my contract to do so. They have yet to reply.
