Due to excessive failed call ins for cancellations and missed appointments by their clients, they have resorted to a new policy - that must be signed before services rendered. - that should you fail to call and cancel an appointment, you will be charged regardless. While the practice seem up to par, the customer service is lacking severely. It is suggest if you are seeking a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, to check for another Dental service. You will not find it here. As can be seen by countless no-shows, no-call in. A policy such as this, is only brought about by countless others that have not been in favor of their lack of customer service and didnt bother to call in to cancel - A No-Show. So many in fact, that the dental clinic felt a "hit" and had to change the policy to reflect their losses, and now apply them to you the client.This clinic need to look at their staff, if they are an over abundance of no-shows. People these days are not in the mood anymore for rude staff, and do not feel the need to respect their(office) wishes and cancel. This is most likely a reason for it - one would conclude: it is not the clients fault.psIt is recommended that you ask for Dr. Casey if you wish to use this clinic. He is amazing and friendly. Always has a smile, and always considerate of your condition.
