I needed repair of my wedding band. It was originally made of gold with a band of ebony wood embedded within. The wood lasted about 20 years, then started to chip out of the ring. Dana is a superb craftsman and found a very good solution to my problem. He manufactured a composite which looks fantastic and charged me very little money. This store and Jeweler is top notch!!!

As soon as I walked in the store I felt myself being sized up. I had a simple inexpensive ring that needed a stone replaced. The woman working behind the counter told me it would be $20 dollars and didn't explain anything more. When I got my ring back, the stone was shorter than the one on the other size and it was crooked. When I told her the stone was crooked, she looked at me and said it was straight. I asked her why the stone was shorter and she told me the jeweler simply used what he had lying around, otherwise it would have cost a lot more. I would have rather she'd told me what my options were instead of assuming I had no money because it was an inexpensive ring. The ring has sentimental value, which is more important to me than monetary value, and I would have paid more for the correct size stone. I insisted she give it back to the jeweler to straighten the stone. When I came back the second time the woman told me that the jeweler has agreed with me that the stone was crooked. At least he recognized his own shoddy work. I will never go to this jewelry shop again. They were wrong to judge me based solely on the ring I wanted repaired. I discourage everyone I know from going to this store.
