Ficocellos in Blaine

I called for an appointment in the morning and said I didn't care who cut my hair. They set me up with the last stylist who cut my hair for a 6:30 appointment. I was there and waited for 20 minutes and my stylist still wasn't done with the customer. I went up to the desk and asked if anyone else could cut my hair as 2 stylist had just finished with customers. I was told no, I had to wait for my stylist and did I want to see how much longer it would be before he was ready for me? I said no and left. I went to Great Clips and waited 15 minutes to get my hair cut with no apponitment.I don't mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes but over 20? I will never go back to Ficocellos again!

i love this place...man they sure know how to do hair!...iam black so i got them bad hair, that never moves even in the wind so they can hook a sister up!!!!
