What a joke! I went in today looking for a shave and a haircut. The lady at the front desk told me that they didn't have a barber there to do the shave and that I could come back at 6:00... I was in there at 2:30! The "manager" guy came up and was super rude. I tried explaining that I was pissed that on their website it lists thier services and that walk-ins are welcome, but yet when I walked in the services were not availible. His answer? "You can't expect us to have a barber here 24/7!" Uhhh... You are a friggin barber shop! what the heck else would I expect, a tax attorney? I tried to tell him that they should indicate to call ahead for shaves so people don't come from a half hour away, pay for a meter, just to find out that they can't help you. He rudely told me they won't list things like that on the website. Um, why not? Put a little asterisk next to the shave service you listed and put in small font "call ahead" or something. He didn't care one bit. He was just a pompus arrogant jerk. I will take my 60 bucks elsewhere and reccomend you do too.
