You will be pampered by our authentic Gaucho chefs who come to your tableside to carve a variety of succulent meats right off their skewers. Our featured meats have been slow-roasted over an open flame and lightly seasoned to preserve the unique taste of each tender cut. Adding to our unique dining experience, you will be treated to a sumptuous, gourmet salad and vegetable bar featuring over 30 items including imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables and more. We complement your meal with traditional Brazilian side dishes such as caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, seasoned mashed potatoes and our world-famous cheese bread (pao de queijo). Not worth $30

Only the beef tenderloin was half-way decent. Other cuts were poorly seasoned and chewy, despite my choosing the rarest available. The service was poor. Apparently, anything beyond the kitschy serving of various meats is too much for the waitstaff; we only received half of the 4 things we requested and were told someone would get for us. For $30, you can get an appetizer made by a skilled chef and an excellent steak at Burch Steakhouse, without your clothes being spattered with meat juices. Needless to say, I won't ever eat here again, not even if someone else is paying.

a must place to experience

The service it to quality the moment you walk through the doors. You are guided through a unique eating experience. Brazilian chefs surround your table with fine cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, and pork. You can sample them all or pick your favorite. The wait staff guides you through a experience you will remember for a lifetime. For the price its reasonable in the fine cuts of meat. Its located in a great spot to take in the downtown night life or to stay in a great downtown hotel. ENJOY
