They broke two lamps and denied it, left countless scratches and dings in furniture - some VERY bad. They took apart my daughter's crib and then lost the hardware so I couldn't put the crib back together. The packing process was also a nightmare - we are still finding things they damaged. My husband was livid when he found his vintage baseball posters crumpled up in a box. Forgot to add - they put the bench that goes with our kitchen table set OUTSIDE in a thunderstorm!! It was dark out and I didn't even realize it till morning. It's an obvious match to the rest of the kitchen table - how the hell do you mistake it for patio furniture?!? They were NOT worth the money we saved. You get what you pay for, I guess :-(

Pros: One-third the price of my last move; very nice men who appeared to take great care with my things

Cons: Truck too small, thus additional time and money for two trips; time and cost double the estimate (though still cheaper, see above); drove up ON TO the lawn leaving deep impressions on one side; chipped part of my bed frame, scratched one new bar stool.
