Experienced difficulties with new medication this doctor prescribed. Not able to contact via phone. Sent messages via physician preferred site. Site indicated message was read. No reply as of today 4 days later. Talked to Cardiac Nurse who works with doctor. Was assured he would be contacted and they/he would call me back. Still waiting. Since problem is with my heart, I find this level of communication unacceptable.
