I would recommend going somewhere else. I went in in Feb to have my bridesmaids dress altered and in the consultation, when pinned and marked, it looked perfect. When I received the dress back, the front has a giant gap, one side is now awkwardly twisted out exposing the inner ribbon and it puckers out under one armpit very unevenly. The person who originally helped me said it wasn't her fault, that was "another issue" She told me to tape the top to my chest. She told me over and over it was my misunderstanding even after I pointed out the dress looked great the day we pinned it and now I can't wear it like this. She again told me it wasn't hers to fix. I requested a refund for $70 which is ONLY the top part of the dress, I would leave her with the $150 she charged me to hem it. She refused and continued to yell at me as I left the store. I wrote them a letter about it asking again for only the top portion of the dress to be refunded so I could take it elsewhere and they never responded. I took this dress to another tailor and they fixed it for much less. This store doesn't have the customer service or skill level needed for this kind of Alterations and they certainly do not care about making their customers happy or even meeting them halfway when something goes wrong.
