I went in there once for a haircut. Lora was the one who did it. For being a store manager, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She is also the most arrogant manager and hair stylist I have ever met in my life!



At first, I was happy that there was no wait. But then I sat down in Lora's chair. Things were downhill from there. Her station looked like a mess. There was a lot of leftover hair on the counter.



The whole time she was cutting my hair, she was rude to both her co-workers and me. She was saying a lot of horrible things to me. She also screamed at one of the co-workers while she was cutting my hair. This is not how to treat customers or co-workers.



The worst of it was in the middle of the haircut. Lora farted. It smelled horrible! Unfortunately, she was not done with my haircut yet so I had to endure the smell for a while.



When she got done, the top of my hair got cut too short. At this point, I did not care. I just wanted to rush out of there.



This is probably the worst experience I have ever faced in a salon! I will never come back here again! I also do not recommend this place to anybody.
