I've been to the Hideaway many times, and I can't think of a single time when I bought something from them and was pleased with either A: the product, or B: their service. Their coals don't light and their shish is terrible. Granted they have several different kinds of coals and shish, just make sure you don't take their advice on what to buy...they don't know anything about it.



I've purchased two Hookah's here, one smaller one (~$30), one bigger one (~$130). In both cases the hookah they sold me broke down and fell apart within two months. In the case of the larger hookah the metal base that holds the stem literally sheared off after 5 uses. And this is AFTER I brought it back two times because they gave me the wrong parts for it!



The big problem with this place is, they wouldn't even apologize or give me a replacement piece.



Terrible, just a terrible place. DO NOT BUY HOOKAH'S HERE!



Instead try: Royal Cigar And Tobacco on 14th. Or the Dinkytown Hemporium.

Infact there are TONS of better places to buy Hookah's in MPLS. Just look around!
