This school is a great one, I am currently a red belt, it has good community, a friendly atmosphere, and a challenging work out.



the pros tend to outway the cons in many ways

-due to the fact it is more diversified (children, people just starting in a physical activity) it can be a bit less challenging.



pros

-great instructor. Both master Lindnbergh's (mr. Lindnbergh and mrs. Lindnbergh) tend to do a great job leading the class their daughter is also very good when she teaches.



-great atmosphere. The people really stand by there principles ("united in mutual friendship") it makes you feel comfortable to be there.



-for any level. this school is great for anybody at any level of martial arts.



-challenge. I previously said that it is a bit less challenging, but they mostly leave the challenge up to you, if your working hard then it will be challenging, but if you chose not to work hard then its your fault that it is not challenging (sometimes it depends on the ranking student too).
