I was unable to fit everything I wanted to say in 1,000 characters or less. Here is the jist of it. Stylist completely ignored what I wrote down on the paper which was handed to her. She texted and was on the phone the whole time. Instead of highlighting my hair, which was explained to her on the paper, by her mom when she was talking to her for the referral and to another employee, she dyed it basketball color orange. She attempted to fix it by bleaching it. I tried to get in contact with them for 3 days asking for a refund. I finally get in contact and they are refusing a refund saying they are a "black salon" and only "white salons" give refunds. I told her that was completely racist but she didn't care. Terrible customer service.

Rachel and the entire staff are dedicated to their trade which is exemplified in their serious approach to helping women grow vibrant and healthy hair. Not only do they take care of your hair during your visit, they also show you how to take care of your hair on a day-to-day basis. This is why they make a noticeable difference. The hair-care experience is very pleasant and that is why so many women choose this salon.



Rachel has been taking care of my hair for the past several months, which was severely damaged by other stylists. So far, my hair is getting back to a healthy condition and I believe it is going to grow like I want it to. Rachel uses quality products and I endorse her enthusiastically. If you are unhappy with your current stylist, I strongly encourage you to visit this salon. I will be more than happy to post my hair on line to show my progress.

OMG, why did I not LISTEN to the first reviewer on this site & AVOID GOING TO THIS SALON in order to get a keratin-treatment done on my hair ?!



Their review seemed so extreme that I honestly thought they were exaggerating.



Not only were they NOT exaggerating -- they were UNDERSTATING just how totally unprofessional & incompetent this salon actually is.



NEVER NEVER NEVER will I EVER return to this horrific place again.



These people are without doubt the most UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT (not to mention uncaring & ghetto-mentality) group of hair "stylists" that I have ever met.



The person named Erycka is just about the most unprofessional, bullying, intimidating and ghetto-behaving person that I've ever encountered in my life (even to the point of seeming to control the one named Rachel, who owns the salon).



This is the WORST salon I have ever been to in my life!



These people are just the worst people ever.

No professionalism, no competence, constant playing of 'the race card' in an effort to secure customers, etc.



My hair looks awful & they followed NONE of the instructions used for keratin-treatments done at any other salon.



They become hostile (almost violent) if a person 'dares' to inquire as to the process being done on their hair & I later noticed the instruments they use (ex. brushes) are NOT even clean.



Ick!



Unless broken hair (& possible scalp disease is your goal) -- you are best to avoid this salon like the plague!
