The Hennepin County Probate judges have recently (2011) overturned a Will written by L,R and H for an Alzheimer's patient with advanced disease. After noting the lack of inquiry into the medical history and mental capacity of the client by the lawyer the Hennepin County Judge sited "clear and convincing evidence" that the client did not have capacity." At best Long, Reher and Hansen is incompetent, at worst, they are facilitation financial abuse of Elderly vulnerable adults.
