My daughter and I found Lynn's about 15 years ago, and it has become our favorite store for ideas, decorating, tips on how to, you name it, they have it or know where to find it or get it. We have always been treated with respect, yes the staff do talk, but we've always heard them talk about ideas on what coming up next, maybe some ideas on different concepts but never have we heard them talk rudely or about a customer except to say that they were glad they could help them. I applaud all that Lynn's has as we've have looked for a place such as this outside the twin cities and come up with a BIG ZILCH, so thank you to Lynn's, their staff and keep up all the good you do. Don't let someone who evidently was having a bad day make your day go downhill-- as they say--- there's always one bad apple in the bunch-- she was the one and hoping the only one. I give this store an A++++

I will say this review is completely false and over exaggerated. Your statement: "When I asked about their cupcake towers that were aviable to rent...they started to laugh at me for thinking they were still aviable to rent for the time I needed them for." My response: The staff at Lynn's would never laugh about this, and the towers are almost ALWAYS available (notice I spelled this correctly since you didn't use your spell check.) They would have gone out of their way to make sure you got the towers on the day you needed them as they do with anyone else who makes that request. I'm saddened by this review as it is completely false. In all my years of shopping at Lynn's, being helped by a great staff of people and being inspired every time I'm in there I have never had an experience like this. I think you were having a bad day and needed something/someone to vent about. Unfortunately your review just makes you look incredibly ignorant. I give Lynn's a 5 stars for a knowledgeable, friendly staff, unique and creative supplies and an all around "happy" place to be. Thank you, Lynn for creating my "happy" place and keeping me inspired!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. By far the rudest customer service workers and people in there. I walked around the whole store without being greated, they had two workers at the checkout counter chatting and only one other customer wandering around their store. And when I walked up to them to ask them a question. They acted like I was a bother and still didn t great me with a hello ...basically just starred at me and waited for me to talk. When I asked about their cupcake towers that were aviable to rent...they started to laugh at me for thinking they were still aviable to rent for the time I needed them for.I m trying to plan my wedding...and was super excited to find this store near where I work...I walked in all cheery and happy excited to find stuff for my special day and after spending 10 minutes in that store...I walked out with a huge sadness and in disbelief of how rude people can be.These people don t deserve to own a store and should close their doors. For I feel horrible for the poor soul who walks through their doors and be treated with the rudeness I encountered

Good: They had an average selection of items for cakes. Bad: The owner and workers were all gossiping about customers that called. One lady walked into the store when she left they all started laughing and saying can';t she read a sign? They were so rude, they lack customer service. Even talked about their cake classes and the nerve of people to ask what they will get out of it.. Improvements: Customer service, polite friendly staff.. Other: I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in a store before..

Found all I was looking for and MORE! They carry a wall of character pans for rent to make that special cake even more special. They have a wall of cookie cutters and rosette irons. Candy molds, melts, flavorings, colors, decorating sugars, sprinkles, dragees, nonperils.....anything you could want of need. It's very easy to find. They even offer classes. Check them out!!!

I rented cake stands for my wedding reception. We put cupcakes on them! The staff was very helpfull and renting the cake stands was very reasonably priced!
