STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Wish I could rate negative stars. This rental management is one of the worst to ever have to deal with. I had multiple maintenance requests go unanswered, leaking ceilings and windows, my heat stopped working in the middle of winter and mice constantly. The management has no care about their tenants, all they care about is money. They hold high expectations for their tenants, yet never reciprocate. I asked for some privacy while packing up and moving (there have been constant showings in my apartment) and a leasing agent named Mary was the most disrespectful, petty, rude and immature person. I was scolded for asking for privacy, and was even berated with rude comments. If you HAVE to rent through MRPG, REFUSE to work with Mary. But seriously, stay the hell away from MRPG.

DO NOT USE!!! CRAZY CHARGES!! BUGS, COCKROACHES! PLACES WILL FALL APART AND CHARGE YOU!!!

These people are actual slumlords. They are out to get their tenants.

Student and Section 8 renters BEWARE!!!



If you enjoy...

- hard to reach management that rarely return calls (and require reminders to do repairs),

- hidden absentee landlords who you aren't allowed to contact,

- surprise apartment showings (bonus-- immediately in the first 6 months of your lease!),

- convenient on-site washers and dryers that hardly ever run for more than a few days,

- backed up kitchen sinks that are unusable for up to 3 weeks at a time,

- negligent spreading of bed bug infested furniture through common spaces,

- and windows (bonus-- the entry closet, too!) that stream water and grow mold throughout the winter and spring...

then MRPG has the perfect place for you!



MN Rental Property/Properties Group does not appear to actually be an LLC itself, but it IS legally a part of (wait for it) Panda Bear LLC, one of 40+ rental management LLC's traceable to their obvious taxpayer, notorious Twin Cities slumlord JAMES EISCHENS (JIM EISCHENS) with his 1-200+ unit operation spanning the metro area.



Please stay away from this group. Stay away also from Gopher Leasing all around the U of MN (one in the same). Stay away from The Remington /Remington Campus Apartments at 4th St SE and 8th Ave SE (one in the same). Stay away from Panda Bear. Stay away from Eischens Management.



If you're a current tenant, I urge you to document ASAP all the ways they cheat you as best as you can (including sending written requests for all repairs-- cause to take them to court in a Rent Escrow Action if not responded to within 14 days, or sooner in emergency situations), and contact Housing Services for support as well as city inspectors to document the fire code violations which any building of theirs is sure to have. Good luck. Wish us luck, too.

Be prepared to live in unsatisfactory conditions. Our apartment complex is infested with bedbugs and these people tried to send in a worker with chemicals that are suppose to be used outside!

One international student has had to throw away her furniture - all at her cost and she still has the bedbugs.

The manager won't tell you how to contact the owner and won't give you her last name.

You would be better off living on a park bench!!!!!
