I was not sure of the size so the customer service suggested that I order size 9 & 10, and there would be no charge to return the one that did not fit. I only ordered one size 9, that was WAY TOO BIG. I wear size 9 1/2 and 10 all the time. I thought that the 9 would be small, and that it would stretch out. The size nine I received was not a standard size. It was larger than a ten, so I had to return it. It was not my fault, and I am very displeased that they charged me $7 return for something that was not my fault.
