Employees are stupid

I called ahead and clearly asked them everything I needed to not waste a trip there. I verified that I needed my most recent bank statement, phone bill and pay stub. I clearly asked 2 more times if I needed to bring anything else. They said no. Then when I arrived they said the most recent bank statement was not what I needed, rather I needed to go to the bank and have them print one to date. Came back thee next day and they said I needed a blank check. 2 wasted trips 30$ in gasoline and 3 hours of my time wasted. The people who work here are morons I will never go back.

Awful!!

Awful place, people will lie to you just to get you to show up and send you out the door saying sorry, come back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow isn't what was asked about. Employees just play games. Three people stood there with a line nearly out the door laughing, joking and complaining about computers. They could have been helping customers not dilly dallying and playing. Crappy place, you want 5 star, go to Your Exchange, real people, efficient service, no lies, better pricing! I love you Your Exchange, sorry I almost made the mistake of going somewhere else! Timing and location will no longer determine where I go, I am a Your Exchange customer for life!

They're quick, and easy. haha. really nice, too.
