I brought an elegant maxi skirt and Calvin Klein Slacks in to be hemmed. I'm 5'1 so they needed to be hemmed a significant amount. After picking them up and trying them on I realized they were still just as long. the only difference was that the length on either legs of the pants were uneven and the bottom of my skirt was longer in the front and noticeably shorter in the back. They also made me pay for everything when I dropped them off which surprised me and made me uncomfortable. any other place would not have you pay until after the service was done for this exact reason. They took my money ($54) and ripped me off.

I went in to get my dress hemmed. The lady who was helping me started marking up my dress even BEFORE I had been given a price quote. THEN they told me it was going to be $220! The dress itself was only $130!! I reluctantly agreed and almost a week later got my dress back only to see that they hemmed it WAY too short! The dress is ruined and they didn't even offer me a discount or my $$ back! Take your business somewhere else!
