The Employer Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifies that test items be job related and specific when qualifying a person for a job with this type of testing. This service meets the requirements of EEOC and ADA. This service is offered in addition to the Pre-placement exam above. Program Development: Physical demands job analysis to accurately document essential functions and physical requirements. Development of testing protocol. Validation of test with incumbent employee and company representative. Development of forms used for testing protocol. Components: Essential physical requirements of the job are simulated based on information obtained in a physical demands job analysis. The applicant is tested/observed for ability to perform the essential physical demands of the job. Test job specific capabilities such as lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, reaching, materials handling, repetitive use of arms and fine manipulations. Tests average 30 minutes to complete. Results can be phoned, faxed or mailed to the employer.
