Have always seen this bike shop next to my gym. My crank was a bit loose today so I decided to stop in.



Not only was I not acknowledged upon walking in but they also wouldn't even tighten my crank (the three turns it needs) without having to charge me!!



I was rudely told "we don't borrow out tools." I can understand that being the shops rules, but it could have been addressed differently as well as being looked at upon arriving into a place of business.



This shop does NOT belong in Minneapolis.
