I do not know at this time how good the rust proofing job is but I will find out! What I am writing about is the bad drivers and the response that I got when I called to complain. First off the first driver that picked up the car called from outside the house would not even come to the door. I had to go to him and sit inside the car and sign papers. He asked if their was any scratches on my car would not even inspect it himself because it was raining out! When the next driver dropped off the car he was nice enough but never put a drop of gas in and they drove it 150 or more miles! When I called to complain the guy said how about I give you a 25 dollar gas card will that help? I mentioned a few things about the driver not coming to the door and that they were later then they said they would be. He said that the drivers are never supposed to give a time! He did not sound like he was surprised that they didn't put gas in. I am very upset by the whole experience and will complain to the dealership who has the rust proofing done with this company. I am planning on buying a new SUV soon and I hope that the rust proofing is already done so that I do not have to talk to them ever again!!!!!! Also in the car it says no smoking and please REFILL with gas!!!!!! Hum.... does that mean me or them???
