Be Prepared to wait...and wait...and wait

I called to make an appointment for an oil change at 10:00 am and the man who answered the phone asked how long would it take me to get there. I told him less than a half hour and he told me to just bring it in and I wouldn't need an appointment. I got there just before 10:30 am and checked in. The man at the counter told me that there were two cars waiting to be checked out for a "check engine light" but that it wouldn't take long and they would get me right in. I went outside and lost track of time browsing the internet on my phone. I came back in and sat down for awhile, checked the time on my phone and it was almost noon. I went to use the bathroom and let's just say that it didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. The only reason I bring it up because if the bathrooms are not obviously maintained it indicates a lazy and unprofessional "ethic" that could easily apply to other areas of their operation. Long story short, I go to the counter and tell them that I have to leave and the man behind the counter told me to go to the shop to get my keys. I looked over the counter and could still see my work order in the bin. I went outside, over to the actual repair shop and it was filled with the same cars that were there when I first arrived and no one around to help me. I went back inside and was approached by a man who asked me if was "Josh". I told him no and started walking back to the counter. The man who had checked me in shouted to the other man that I needed my keys. The other man proceeded to hand me keys to a car that wasn't mine. I went straight back to the counter and pointed to my work order. The man reached in and pulled out my keys. My work order hadn't even made it back to the repair shop. Beware of this place. There are plenty of other places to buy auto supplies and take your vehicle in for service.

Not to be trusted

They are not consistent and I no longer trust them. I had new rear brakes put in and the front ones were fine. A few weeks later they told me my front brakes were shot, including rotors. They also told me I needed tie rod end. I got a second opinion. It did not need a tie rod end or any of the other work they tried to get me to agree to.I have a few others, but this is probably sufficient for now.
