First of all, I would never recommend Arrow Trucking Sales to anyone, due to warranty issues.



With a thirty day (30) warranty the salesman Adam went home leaving owner sit for overnight waiting for approval. There was more then enough time to get the approval.



Then you have to fight to get the approval for the repairs. Then be accused of doing things to the semi to make it in need of more repairs.



Semi was to be detailed and was not.



I was informed that being the semi had $3,000.00 of repairs, Arrow Truck would not back the claim of detailing. Also claims they totally inspect all semis before sold or leaving the lot.



Have talked to other unsatisfied owners who also are upset with Arrow Trucking.



When I made a complaint, Adam from Arrow requested I never call them again.
