I had to call them for two different problems in the last couple of months. They took good care of me, have reasonable fees, and did a great job of letting me know when there was a delay. They do a lot of large commercial work and that may be why there are so few reviews. I am a home owner in Maple Grove and very happy with the service I received.

I had a blower motor failure and they came out and pulled the blower assembly out. They had to take it back to their shop to pull the motor off the blower which was badly rusted. They busted a motor puller trying to get the motor off but finally got it off and a new motor back on. They only charged me for one hour of service which was unexpected. The furnace is backup and working.

Called regarding warrant issue on furnace they installed. Tech said someone would be out same day. No one ever came and when I called back, no one answered. Third day without heat now. Stay away from this company
