Hello! I'm Laura Slaird, owner of Spring Salon. I graduated from Aveda Institute in 2005 and started my career at Kent Here for Hair in the Linden Hills area of Minneapolis. I grew up in and still call the Armatage neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis home. I wanted to eventually open a salon in the area, I made the decision to take the leap! I had help from friends and co- workers and renovated the salon previously called Hidden Shears. I opened Spring Salon in August 2011. I am fulfilling my dream of owning and operating a small salon in my favorite neighborhood! When you're out and about stop in at Spring Salon and say hello!
