Wow, talk about terrible customer service. I'll keep it short, but they got our order wrong and tried to make US feel bad about it, and tried to claim that we had in fact ordered what we got (after reviewing the phone call the owner sent us what we ordered, after an hour of waiting). It was absolutely ridiculous all around, we will never order from this place again. What could have been an experience that would have made us loyal customers, instead turned into a reason for me to be sure to mention to my neighbors not to deal with this awful place.

Twice now I have done order delivery and after the call i go into a panic attack because the hostess there is so unbelievably rude. it's like she doesn't want to deal with you, you are a nusance to her. A usual call with this impatient person begins with interrigation, "what to you want?! why you call!" customer service #1: be nice to the customer, don't make them feel like a spec. Don't get me wrong, food is good, but I am sure there are way better places out there to get the same kind of food but with employees who know a thing about hospitality.
