I've bought many computers, here, for myself and family members. Much nicer machines than I could afford at full retail price. Staff are willing to make deals if you buy multiple items. One employee stayed after the store had closed to send me home with what I wanted. Give them a try.

I discovered The Box Shop driving by and have purchased a number of items there over the past 3 years. The prices attracted me and their products, prices and service has kept me going back. I did have an issue with a laptop I purchased and they took care of the problem immediately or as soon as a replacement part became available. They stood behind their 30 day warranty. Great place to buy used computers and parts.

This place is horrible. The tech at the store did not help me to establish a working computer in my home. Only stating that it works in the shop so anything else is not their problem. The owner would not consider any other options, would not refund my money, and did not address the rudeness of the tech. When I went to pick up the computer from the store the tech told me that maybe I should sell it. My response is that I would take my complaints to the internet. He said "F*** You"! As I was leaving the store this was his comment to me. They are listed on the BBB as an "F".These complaints concerned :- 1 regarding Customer Service Issues1 - Inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel- 2 regarding Refund or Exchange Issues1 - Failure to honor refund, exchange or credit policies1 - None of the Above - Refund or Exchange Complaint IssueI would not give them any business!

I have bought 3 computers from them over the years and a few other parts like ram, mice and a HDD. They sell used equipment and have no way of knowing how long it will last, so it is a bit of a gamble but so far I have had a positive experience. I would shop there again

I have purchased from the Box Shop for several years. They usually have what I need for quick and inexpensive repairs & PC emergencies at far lower cost than big box and computer specialty stores. Don't go there expecting state of the art products or gleam and gloss. They provide good used and sometimes new computer related products in a clean, basic environment at reduced costs.

We bought a computer there, took it home, and immediately found that it had a virus. We returned it and the extremely rude salesman told us that there were no refunds and that we must have infected the computer. After much arguing, they finally gave us another computer, but made it very clear that they would not help us again and that we were not to return. This computer was even worse. It wouldn't turn on and we discovered that it had a bad hard drive, which we had to replace. And we paid for this! Avoid this place at all costs UNLESS you like to throw your money to the wind. This seller is unethical and should be run out of business.
