I agree! Shop somewhere else. 2 years ago I bought a refrigerator with an extended warrenty.

Now that my refirgerator is leaking and I need service -- where is the technician?? It will supposedly take a week for them to show up to look at our frig that is leaking water on my floor. And we never did get the water/ ice maker hooked up!
