This organization is so well run. I rec'd a very cool appointment reminder via text to my phone. They also sent a welcome letter. They have a broad variety of services, not just the usual fare. I am very impressed.

I have been to Massage Envy and I was displeased with the massage . When I came in the door to the Wellness Center I felt the positive vibes right away. Deb who was working on me was Amazing.. I have stress and her hands worked that out and I felt the healing touch . I will come back to The Wellness Center . Thank you

I have been to The Wellness Center for three massages thus far. Alana is an excellent massage therapist; I have had massages in various countries and different places here in the Twin Cities and my body literally felt differently after our last session. I have never had an experience before where I could actually feel some of the pain or tension shifting out of my body after receiving a massage. Her use of pressure is amazing (and I like deep tissue work.) I would even go so far as to say that it was the best massage that I have ever had.

We recently moved to the twin cities and I was desperate to find a good massage therapist. Very daunting with how many were available. I usually go pretty routinely due to having chronic muscle pain. I happened upon them because I was intrigued about the floating. Little did I know, but the massage is what is the real diamond here…I had Jacque and it was literally the best massage of my life!!! It's a little bit of a drive for me, but well worth it!

After terrible experiences at Massage Envy and InTouch Massage, I was loathe to give massage therapy another try, but my stiff, aching backing convinced me otherwise. I knew the moment I walked into The Wellness Center that the experience was going to be completely different. The front desk staff were warm and inviting, offering some tea and conversation while I waited. The massage rooms were warm and calming, which was much appreciated as I had a hectic drive in during a snowstorm. Past massages had left me feeling like my back had just gone 5 rounds with Evander Holyfield, but this time my therapist was completely attentive and made sure to ask for feedback on the amount and types of pressure she was using. She made a focused effort to work on the problem areas we had discussed at the start of the massage. Toward the end, she suggested using Tiger Balm but discussed it with me first since the product can be a little smelly. I appreciated both the suggestion and being given the option to accept or decline before being slathered with something smelly. In the end, I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated-my faith in the massage therapy industry restored. The Wellness Center did a fabulous job from start to finish and I recommend them to everyone. I will definitely be going back for any bodywork I need done in the future.

I am a 45-yr old male who has have lived with Degenerating Disc Disease and as a result chronic pain for over 8-yrs now. I have been a patient at the Fairview Pain and Palliative Care Center and been through most of the latest pain management programs so I know a thing or two regarding coping with chronic pain. Over the past 8-yrs I have more or less been in constant pain, not enjoyable. My Dr. recently suggested I try Rolfing. I found Daniel by a Google search. I talked with Daniel and we both agreed that any results we achieve will be a result of the two of us working together toward the goal of decreasing the pain I experience. I recently completed the 10-Series and have had fantastic results. Daniel is VERY compassionate and was able to get me relief from the constant pain by about the 3rd or 4th session. By the 6th session I was experiencing significant parts of my day without any pain or pain in the 1-3 range. This had been the first time in 8 years I have had significant pain relief. Now that I am one week out from the 10-Serise I am still doing very well and anticipate continuing the recovery.The administrative staff was always helpful and courteous and scheduling visits was easy.

I have been getting shiatsu and deep tissue massages for many years, and I have never had a better experience than I did at The Wellness Center. My therapist was amazing. She really knew what she was doing. I went in there with back spasms and left feeling as good as new. They have the finest equipment, hot oil, heated tables, etc. The staff are very friendly and the therapist I saw was extremely knowledgeable and very skilled. It was as if she had been giving me deep tissue massages for years. I will definitely be going back often.

I stumbled across The Wellness Center when they offered free chair massages at a neighborhood block club event, and it was the best thing that happened to me that week! I could tell the moment I engaged one of their therapists, that she was knowledgeable about pain relief and muscle anatomy. In visiting their office, I was overwhelmed by the kindness of their front desk staff and their attitude of caring and helpfulness. I have seen 4 different therapists and each one was professional and skilled. This is in contrast to salons that have one massage person with dubious training. Unfortunately, as I understand it, Minnesota laws do not require a certain standard of training for individuals practicing massage, and training makes all the difference in the world to make sure that that person knows where are the trigger points and muscle insertion points to really get to the root of the pain and muscle tightness. I have been recommending The Wellness Center to everyone I know. I hav signed up for the membership and think it's a reasonable commitment for an excellent value = $1/minute massages.

A couple of weeks ago I went to The Wellness Center after my husband bought me a massage. I had been complaining of back soreness with my pregnancy and they were able to get me in that day! When I got to The Wellness Center I was greeted by an amazing staff. The staff at The Wellness Center were friendly, knowledgable, and most of all cared that I had the best experience with them. My massage was great and the therapist checked with me about how the massage was going and positioning. It was great so as soon as I was done I booked my next appointment. Today I go back and can't wait to just as welcomed, relaxed, and refreshed as I did the first time.

I went to The Wellness Center for my first professional massage, and it was life changing. Evette was amazing. She gave me the deep tissue Swedish massage, working out the stresses of every day life and a physically demanding job. I absolutely recommend The Wellness Center!

I found the Wellness Center through an Amazon deal, and booked a 90 minute massage session with their therapist, Karen. I can say with clarity that this was the best massage I have ever had. Karen took her time systematically working each of my muscle groups - she actually put me to sleep for part of the session. The quality of the massage was superb. Karen definitely knew what she was doing. In addition to the excellent professional treatment I received from Karen, the high level of customer service I experienced with the receptionist impressed me. I felt comfortable the moment I stepped through the door, having never been to the location before. Moreover, I felt like I was being taken care of. Even upon checking out, while purchasing a packet of Epson salts - the receptionist gave me a couple great tips for after care.Finally, because of my great experience at the Wellness Center, I chose to purchase a gift certificate for my mother for Mother's Day. I called over the phone, and again, the receptionist was super accommodating, and kind. She totally took care of my order, including sending the certificate to me with a therapist referral for my mother at the location. I highly recommend visiting the Wellness Center - you will be shown much care.

I originally went after getting a coupon online. I was very pleased with the massage. The therapist really listened to what I wanted and focused on those areas. I would definitely go back again!

I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage at The Wellness Center. I have had many massages, but none really even compare to The Wellness Center. The staff is very friendly and professional. My massage was with Yvette and she was wonderful. I have since been to see her three more times! She really listened to what problems I was having and only focused on those. She is very educated and experienced and has really made a difference in my health. I trust her suggestions and really feel she cares about helping me get better. There are not enough good things I can say about this place. I really look forward to going every time because I know I will be taken care of. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

This is a very good establishment. I have had better massages, but I have also have many that were far worse. I would give them a 4.5 stars, but since that is not possible, 5 stars! They might be very aligned with your own needs, desires, style, etc. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I purchased a voucher for massage through Travel Zoo and am so happy that I did! After reading about the therapists on line, I made a special request for Daniel since he has experience in deep tissue massage and rolfing. I was pleasantly surprised that even with a voucher The Wellness Center allowed me to request a specific therapist. I was very pleased with the massage I received and have scheduled another one. I will definitely recommend The Wellness Center to friends and family!

I visited The Wellness Center for the first time last month to have a 60minute massage. I've had other massages in the past and can truly say that this was the best one I've ever had. My massage therapist was extremely professional and took the time to focus on areas that needed the most work (my back) while being more gentle around areas that were sore (my quads after a tough workout). I highly recommend The Wellness Center and will be returning again for another massage this month.

I had a wonderful experience when I tried out The Wellness Center for the first time! The massage was amazing, the center was very relaxing and the service was terrific. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be going back again!

I purchased a groupon for a one hour massage. I have had many massages and my therapist was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and gave good feedback regarding my body aches and pains when the massage was over. I will definitely be back for more massages.
