I used to regularly see one particular stylist for haircuts and styling. I was always satisfied with the outcome and the pleasant atmosphere. However, after my most recent visit, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service.



I made plans to visit MN and have my hair cut with a regular stylist a week before my visit. Though I was originally told the stylist was not available the day I was in town, they placed me on a wait list in case a spot opened up. A spot opened up the day before I arrived so I took it. The day of my appointment, however, I was told that there had been a mistake and that the stylist could not cut and style my hair. I told her I was traveling out of town the following day and could only be seen that day and the fact that I had an appointment should ensure that I should receive this service, if not by her, then by another stylist. She insisted that was impossible and blamed a scheduling error.



For me, this is incredibly poor business practice and etiquette. This was made further disappointing because I was once a regular customer and no attempt to remedy their error was made.



If you are seeking a stylist and salon with good business practices and sound customer service skills, I would suggest you seek another salon for service.
