Provided by YP.comTheir customer service is totally unacceptable. The customer service representative that I was working with did not change her voice mail message to say that she would be out of the office for three months. No one else followed up on the voice mail messages left for her. No one else followed up with the people she was currently serving. Over the course of a year, I have left messages for this employee and other workers there, and when they did return my phone call, which wasn't often, it was at least one week after I left the message. Even a supervisor would not return my phone calls. He did not call me back until I called and asked to talk with his supervisor. I was promised twice that someone would call me back within 24 hours and two weeks later no one had called me yet. I had to call them back. My husband hand delivered something to their office. On the envelope was written the name of the employee that the envelope was for. He gave the envelope to an employee at the service window and asked that person to give it to the employee. A month later we found out that the staff person never received it. We had to suffer the financial consequences of their losing and not processing the paperwork until a month later.
