This was my first apartment, and what an absolutely horrible experience it was. Very unprofessional staff, the management has no experience! They would mess up paper work that I had already signed then cross things out after the fact without my knowledge. Jody is extremely rude and condescending. The phone is also never answered when trying to get ahold of management. Each time I have tried to get things mailed to me (taxes, etc.) I have to email, then eventually call because no one replies, and I am greeted with something like, "Who is this??" (in a disgusting voice) I state my name then she scoffs "Wow your calling me after hours, NICE!" Well Jody, perhaps if you did your job and got back to me in a timely fashion, I wouldn't have to call your phone. She is a disgusting woman and I can only hope she is met with some sort of justice for the disgraceful service I have been met with. I hope this prevents anyone from falling into this trap.
